I have tried so many diets, but diets are worthless. This one seems a bit of work, but it also says I can eat as much as I want of Low-Glycemic index foods. I might have to try this. I found it when I was looking up the glycemic index of a persimmon. My very nice neighbors have a tree, and I LOVE them. Here is the link. See what you think...let me know. :)
